Shipping and Cancellation Policy


We want you to be pleased with your purchase and we offer free standard shipping on orders within the US and can tailor our Ann N Eve Exclusive products to your custom measurements and specifications, ensuring the perfect fit and greatest satisfaction for you.

Since every item is cut to order, they may be exchanged for equal or higher priced items, or you may request store credit for future purchase. We allow you a 24-hr grace period to cancel an order placed online, for a full refund.  Unfortunately, since these are made to order, we can not issue refunds beyond the initial 24-hr grace period. Custom orders made with specific requests can not be exchanged or refunded.

California residents are always welcome to call us for appointment to browse our collection and place an order in person, at our Studio. We accept special orders according to your requirements at additional fee.

Due to the fact that every item ordered is made individually to achieve the highest possible quality, it may take us 1 week or more to ship to you, depending on what all is involved in making the style. Therefore, please have this in mind when you place your order and order early to allow enough time. Please note that this is just an estimate and some items could be shipped sooner. Expedited shipping options are available upon request after placing order, at an additional fee. Please contact us for a more accurate date of delivery.

You may request custom alterations on your purchases from Ann N Eve. Minor changes such as shorter or longer sleeve, color change, longer or shorter length, with ruffles or no ruffles etc. can be requested. For all custom orders we will need your measurements. The service charge for making alterations to match your specification will be $100 and up, depending on the specifics. 

All shipments for exchanges or alterations on products already shipped to you must be shipped back at your own expense and you must provide the tracking number, a copy of your order or invoice, and a return shipping label.

We are not responsible for no delivery or late delivery by the carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other carrier.

By placing an order from Ann N Eve you are agreeing to receive promotional emails from Ann N Eve no more than once a month.
