Our Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase and we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 (US only). Expedited shipping options are available upon request. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your product, simply return it for a prompt and courteous exchange or credit within 10 days of original shipping date. For orders placed in the month of December, for our international and Canadian customers all returns will be honored within 20 days from the original shipping date. If returned items are damaged because of poor packaging a fee of $5.00 will be charged for each damaged item.

Scully, Katina Marie and Montana West items can only be exchanged for other merchandise or online store Credit.

Shipping charges will be deducted from returned items that were sent under free shipping terms

California residents are always welcome to call us for appointment to come and view our collection at our Studio and place their orders.  We will gladly take special orders according to your requirements with a fee. Already made items will be the same price as listed on our Web site

During certain promotional periods we announce on our website and include free Pashmina Shawl or other promotional items (valued at $35) for eligible orders. You may refuse to receive the promotional item at the time of placing order, or any time before your order is shipped. For orders received with promotional items, if you return any part of your order, you will also be required to return the promotional items in original unused condition, or you may opt to retain the promotional item at a charge of $35. 

Special/Custom Orders are not refundable and all Sales and Clearance items can only be exchanged. On all returns a copy of your order and the reason for the return should be included for proper refund. All return shipments must be shipped at your own expense and must have a tracking number.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and ALL tags attached. A 10% restocking fee will be applied on returns. If items have been worn and not returned with Original tags will be subject to 80% restocking fee.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for exchange or credit to be processed. Any returns to Ann N Eve after the 10 or 20 days from the original shipping date will be considered as unauthorized Return and will be immediately shipped back to you at your own expense.

We are not responsible for no delivery or late delivery by the carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other carrier.

We do not stock every item in all colors and sizes, therefore, to avoid discrepancies if you need your order by a certain date we strongly recommend to call us to make sure you will get your order on the date that you require. If we are not informed of the date that you require your order to arrive and items are returned due to late delivery date, it can only be exchanged or applied as a store credit.

If a special delivery date is not requested by you all items in stock will be shipped within 2 or 3 days of order and payment confirmation. Some items take longer to process, up to 4 weeks, and will therefore require as much processing time before the items are shipped. All one of a kind leather goods and special orders will take about 3 to 4 weeks to be shipped. We have indicated estimated processing time in the product titles that is also part of the invoice emailed to you at the time of order.
