RETURN POLICY
We will gladly Exchange , Give you a Store Credit or Refund.
All returns should be made within two weeks of the Shipment Date.
For our Canadian customsers returns should be made within 3 weeks from the date of shipment
For our Australian and Overseas customers returns should be made within 4 weeks from the date of shipment.
After two weeks from the shipment date you can either exchange or get online store credit. All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us before returning.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. No restocking fee will be charged on exchanges.
Earings, Watches, Custom made and Special Orders are non- refundable.
Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged within two weeks from date of shipment.
All clearance items are final sale
Please note that for certain areas FEDEX or UPS might charges "Delivery Area Surcharge" and when this happens we have to charge your credit card extra $5.20 or more after the shipment of your order. We will gladly send you a copy of FEDEX or UPS charges if you request it via e-mail.
We offer Free Shipping within USA if your orders are over $250.00. However if items are returned from that order the full shipping charges will be charged to your credit card.
Due to Christmas and the Holiday season the dead line date for returns have been extended to Jan 10th, 2013.
